By contacting, booking, or using the services of JunkVets Junk Removal ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.
JunkVets Junk Removal provides junk removal, hauling, estate cleanout, hoarding cleanout, garage cleanout, appliance removal, furniture removal, construction debris removal, and related services in Palm Beach County, Florida. All services are subject to availability and our ability to safely perform the work.
All pricing is provided as an estimate prior to beginning work. A firm, final price will be quoted on-site before any work commences. You are under no obligation to proceed after receiving the on-site quote. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Prices are based on volume, weight, and complexity of the job.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
You are responsible for ensuring that all items designated for removal are legally yours to dispose of or that you have proper authorization to have them removed. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and items to be removed. JunkVets is not responsible for items accidentally removed that were not intended for disposal — please clearly identify items to be kept.
We are unable to remove certain hazardous materials including but not limited to: asbestos, paint, chemicals, fuel, propane tanks, biological waste, and other regulated materials. If hazardous materials are discovered during a job, we reserve the right to stop work and refer you to a licensed hazardous waste removal company.
JunkVets Junk Removal is fully licensed and insured. In the event of accidental damage to property during service, we will work with you in good faith to address the issue. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services rendered. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or damage caused by items being removed.
